A pregnant woman named Emma Atkinson died after falling from the 17th floor of a building.
Fortunately, her baby survived—a true miracle.

Emma Atkinson Was in the Final Stage of Pregnancy
According to the N+ website, 30-year-old Emma Atkinson was in the final stage of her pregnancy when the accident occurred.
West Yorkshire Police reported that there were no suspicious circumstances in her death, which was notified to the coroner.

Medical staff realized the baby still had vital signs despite her mother’s death.
As a result, they took her to a hospital where she was born and immediately placed in intensive care.
A neighbor of Emma Atkinson, named Nana, was present at the time of the accident.
While at home, she heard screams and went out to see what was happening.
Emma’s father was heading to the elevator in desperation. He told her that his daughter had fallen.
Nana accompanied him and performed CPR on the young woman, who, unfortunately, did not survive.
While Emma Atkinson’s family and friends held a tribute at the place where she lost her life, one of her five children expressed their feelings.
“Rest in paradise, Mom. You were one of a kind. I miss you more than anything. I will always love you,” wrote Demi.
According to Mirror, in her last Facebook post, Emma Atkinson shared that she was expecting a girl.
“Emma, you had an incredible personality and heart. My beautiful cousin, rest in peace,” read a message in her honor.
