In one of his most recent social media posts, Dr Juan Rivera surprised everyone by talking about his health.

In the latest episode of Dr. Juan Rivera’s podcast, available on YouTube, he addressed a very delicate topic.

«The first thing you think of is the damn word ‘cancer.’ In my 47 years of life, it is the first time I felt afraid,» he said.

Does Dr Juan Rivera have cancer?

In this episode of his podcast, Dr Juan Rivera recalled that at the beginning of 2023 he had «all his labs» done, and a couple of days later, he got the results.

«Suddenly I arrived at a laboratory that when I saw it, I assure you that what I felt was the most incredible lump I have ever felt in my stomach and throat,» he said.

Univision’s medical correspondent recalled that a specialist suggested that he had to have an MRI of his prostate.

«And I say: ‘What you feel is that you are on the path to cancer.’ That is, these are the studies that you do little by little until they tell you that you have cancer.»

‘This is torture’

Before finishing, Dr Juan Rivera acknowledged it is «torture,» but there would be something more.

«What I want to know definitively is if I have cancer or not.» he said. The doctor added that he did not know what was happening.

Dr. Schaeffer recommended that he have prostate biopsy.
