Donald Trump requests more debates with Kamala Harris

Former US President and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has proposed three debates with his Democratic rival Kamala Harris.

The debates would take place on September 4, 10 and 25, if the Democratic candidate accepts.

At a press conference, the former president proposed three «face-to-face» meetings on the television channels Fox, NBC and ABC.

Instead of the only one that was scheduled for September 10 on ABC, the EFE agency declared.

The former president has been inconsistent in his debate preferences in recent weeks, The Associated Press reported.

And Harris has not committed to any of Trump’s latest ideas.

Trump had previously agreed to a debate against President Biden on ABC in late September.

But he later reneged on that commitment and asked Harris to join him in a Fox News debate.

Will she accept the debates?

Sept. 4 with Fox News.
Sept. 10 with NBC.
Sept. 25 with ABC.

It appears that Harris has not yet agreed to the debates.

In light of the events, ABC News stated that both the Trump and Harris campaigns agreed to a debate on September 10.

That was the date Trump had initially agreed to debate President Biden before the president dropped out of the race.
