His brother Alex appeared on the entertainment show to provide an update on Daniel Bisogno’s current condition.

This surgery had been planned for several months as they waited for a suitable donor for his body.

Alex mentioned that his brother Daniel Bisogno’s surgery lasted approximately six hours.

The TV host expressed how knowing his brother was about to undergo a complicated surgery caused him great anxiety.

“The journey from my brother’s home to the hospital… my brother in the end, I would give my life for him (…) it was very emotional to talk to my brother.»

Alex shared that his brother told him that if anything happened to him, he should take care of his daughter Michaela.

He also revealed that the procedure finished around 2:00 a.m. due to the serious state of Daniel Bisogno’s health.

“The liver he had was completely useless. Daniel was surviving on medication…».

However, Daniel Bisogno remains in intensive care and is intubated, making the next 48 hours crucial for his stabilization.
