Comedian Rudy Moreno dies

The entertainment world is in mourning following the tragic loss of Rudy Moreno, a renowned actor and comedian, at the age of 66.

Moreno, affectionately known as the Godfather of Latino Comedy, departed this world after a recent hospitalization.

His agent, Mark Scroggs, confirmed the sad news to Entertainment Weekly, although specific details regarding the cause of his passing were not provided.

However, according to TMZ reports, Moreno had been hospitalized in an intensive care unit in Los Angeles on April 23rd.

What caused Moreno’s death?

He was hospitalized due to a bout of pneumonia and was undergoing dialysis treatment.

Unfortunately, his condition deteriorated rapidly, suffering a stroke, sepsis, and eventual organ failure.

This culminated in his passing on Friday night, surrounded by loved ones, as reported by his son Nathan.
