A tragedy shakes the community of Santee, San Diego. A baby died after being left for several hours inside a car.
Adoptive parents Romer and Jayson De Los Santos found her unconscious. The incident occurred on June 13 around 12:20 A.M.
It is worth noting that the outside temperature was 63 degrees Fahrenheit (17.22 degrees Celsius). However, the heat inside the vehicle increased considerably.
A family member discovered the baby and called 911. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the little girl did not survive.

It was revealed that the baby had been adopted just two months earlier, on April 11. This incident has left the local community and those involved in deep shock.
Detectives from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the case. So far, no charges have been filed against those responsible.
