Seeing the Asian family, José was filled with fury, because in his mind he believed that they were Chinese and he blamed them for the pandemic. Therefore, he decided they should pay with their lives for having caused so much damage to humanity. He immediately grabbed a huge kitchen knife, took it out of its package and went over to the unsuspecting family.

The heartless attack wounded the father as well has a six-year-old boy. The little boy was seriously wounded on the back of his head and he almost lost his right eye and part of his ear due to José’s vicious attack. Filed Under: Latin Asian Family Chronicle

While he attacked them without justification, José yelled “Fuera de América,“ which translates as “Get out of this country,” in English. This made it that his attack was racially motivated which is considered a federal hate crime, which has more severe legal consequences.

A store employee who intervened in defense of the family was also injured by José. Despite this, several people managed to subdue him and hand him over to the authorities. After being questioned, the young man admitted that he had attacked the victims because he thought they were to blame for Covid-19. Thanks for reading my story today at MundoNOW. Until next time.
