Charles Beltrán, the man accused of having killed Marisela Botello in Dallas, Texas, claims that he didn’t do it.

However, he admits that he did see who did it and points to Lisa Dykes as the person who stabbed Marisela to death.

He says Nina Marano saw the whole thing.

Charles Beltrán, Nina Marano and Lisa Dykes face capital murder charges for the death of Marisela Botello.

Marisela Botello, 23, disappeared on October 4, 2020 in Dallas, Texas, and her body was found in the woods five months later.

She was killed on Sunday, October 4, 2020 in Dallas, Texas, after meeting a boy at a bar. Beltrán, Marano and Dykes lived together.

What Charles Beltrán told detectives from the Dallas Police Department could shed light on the brutal crime.

Charles Beltrán, Lisa Dykes and Nina Marano are accused, among other crimes, of capital murder.

According to the Texas State Penal Code it is the only crime punishable by the death penalty for anyone found guilty at trial.

However, Beltrán’s testimony could only be a strategy to avoid the death penalty.

Charles Beltrán, 31, accused of having killed Marisela Botello maintains that one of his two girlfriends, Lisa Dykes, was the one who stabbed the girl.

Lisa Dykes, 57, is also accused of participating in the murder of Marisela Botello. She is one of Charles Beltrán’s girlfriends.

Marisela Botello traveled from Seattle, Washington, on Friday, October 2, 2020 to visit her ex-boyfriend, who she was still friends with.

On Sunday, October 4, she told her friend that she was going out for a drink in the Deep Ellum neighborhood, in Dallas. She was never seen again.

Security cameras show that she left with a man who was identified as Charles Beltran.

Nina Marano, 49, was also in a relationship with Charles Beltrán and is accused of helping dispose of the body.

After his arrest, Charles Beltrán told the DPD Homicide Division detectives that he actually met Marisela Botello at the Select Start Bar and they agreed to have sex.

According to Beltrán, he had sex with her and then they fell asleep.

In the middle of the night he woke up and said he saw Lisa Dykes stabbing Botello.

Charles Beltrán wanted to be a famous rapper under the name 5050 Chuck and recorded a video in the Mesquite, Texas house where Marisela Botello was killed.

Charles Beltrán maintains that he pushed Lisa Dykes and Marisela Botello away and that he got dressed and left the room.

On Monday, October 5, 2020, Charles Beltrán says that he returned home and found the crime scene had been cleaned up.

The DPD maintains that the two women cleaned the house and disposed of the body of Marisela Botello.

According to the detectives from the DPD Homicide Division, cell phone records reveal that Lisa Dykes, Nina Marano and Charles Beltrán, were all in the house at the time Botello was killed.

On Wednesday, March 24, 2021, hikers wandering through remote woods near the town of Wilmer, in the southeastern Dallas metropolitan area, discovered human remains in the undergrowth and called 911.

Forensic analysis confirmed they were the remains of Marisela Botello who had been missing since October 4.

Telephone records for Beltrán, Dykes and Marano placed the three in the area where the girl’s body was discovered.

Charles Beltrán, under the name Rapper 5050Chuck, filmed video for the song ‘Picture Me This’ in his home in Mesquite Texas.

He shared the home with his two girlfriends Lisa Dykes and Nina Marano.

It is also where Marisela Botello was allegedly killed. Beltran has a long criminal record in Texas with charges ranging from drug possession to aggravated assault.
