One of the most famous bands in Mexico has had a big scare after finishing a performance at the National Fair in Fresnillo, Zacatecas. The group has issued a statement about the accident.

This is the Original Banda El Limón, a Mexican band that is quite popular, being one of the most played at parties or events. Now the group’s fans are worried after they posted that the bus they were traveling in had an accident.

The Banda El Limón has a dramatic accident

One of the members of the band shared a video showing what happened to their bus. This happened after finishing a performance at the 2022 Fresnillo National Fair, when their vehicle was hit by a trailer, according to TV y Notas.

According to the musician, their means of transport was heading to Guadalajara, Jalisco, when a truck hit them in the middle of the highway. In the video, the member of the famous band is seen showing the damage they suffered after the crash. Fortunately no one was injured.

“A truck rammed us”

The musician said that all the band members were fine, only the vehicle suffered some damage: “Unfortunately, we just had an accident, blessed God we are all fine, nothing more than a scare. A truck rammed us,” he expressed in the video.

He also showed how the bus looked after the crash: “Look at the door as it was, there are the windows, we can’t get out, the door is stuck, it doesn’t move. “Everyone is fine now”

Immediately, the Banda El Limón issued a statement on Twitter : “La Original Banda El Limón, after performing with resounding success at the Fresnillo Fair, Zacatecas, had an accident. Currently everyone is fine. Thank you very much for all your messages of support!”

They had another accident
