After stealing the SUV, the thieves were involved in a police chase that ended with their arrest. The pursuit ended in nearby Buffalo County.

Authorities immediately responded to the emergency call, when a man reported that his vehicle had been stolen with his three children inside. The vehicle was found about two hours later.
The 3 children are being treated for hypothermia and frostbite
Temperatures in the area were very low, between 0 and -1 degrees, when the SUV was stolen. The vehicle was found and confiscated by authorities at 5 a.m., two hours after the crime was committed, according to ABC.
Two of the children, aged five and one were found at the time of the arrest of the suspects and the missing baby was found a half hour later. All three are being treated for frostbite and hypothermia.
